"Tiny spatters of blood adorn the walls along with sweat"
typography book:
this book is a combination of two pieces of writting.
(1) The Crying of Lot 49 by Thomas Pynchon
(2) Fight Club, script by Jim Uhls
the book is 92 pages long and is packed with fun typographic expression relating and contrasting the 2 writings, the text literally fight each other in compition of the readers awareness.
This book is hand made 1 of 2, and RISD owns one of them.
typefaces are: Baskerville and Trade gothic, as well as a little futura.
very nice work on this. I love the type style and how its coming from the splatter. Maybe don't have the lines of "dorn the walls" and "along with sweat" so linear.. maybe mix up the base lines or roatate each word individually to add more to the effect. good stuff tho

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
